Problem:
Marketing performance data is often fragmented and difficult to interpret across multiple campaigns and channels.
Without a unified view, it becomes challenging to identify which campaigns are truly effective, where users drop off in the funnel, and how budget allocation impacts conversion outcomes.
This lack of visibility limits the ability to optimize marketing strategies efficiently.
Solution:
Developed an interactive Power BI dashboard that consolidates campaign performance metrics into a single analytical view.
The solution includes:
- Centralized KPI tracking (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions)
- Campaign and channel performance comparison
- Funnel visualization for engagement and conversion flow
- Time-based trend analysis for performance monitoring
The dashboard was structured to enable fast identification of performance gaps and opportunities for optimization.
